Once upon a time…
Some people were bored and decided to form a fansubbing group out of their love for anime. Of course, no one took it seriously so they came up with the name of FailSubs. However, some people did take shit too serious and joined. So, they were stuck with the name. They decided they would rather do it for fun and not have the crappy dorama that goes on in the fansubbing world. As long as the episode was legible and understandable, it was good enough. Thus, they set out to sub anime since October 21, 2009. If they ever failed or messed up, then they truly lived up to their name.
This began the FailSubs legacy. FailSubs are Fail.
